Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Training
The HealthCare Assistant (HCA) training course are the minimum standards that should be covered as an induction training of new care workers. It is designed for new staff and offers opportunities for existing staff to refresh or improve their knowledge.
Training for Healthcare Assistant’s was developed to meet the mandatory learning outcomes in the Skills for Health’s UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF), the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) recommendations for health and social care providers.
